What do you love most about working at EBX?
As a company, we have bold ambitions and with this comes plenty of challenges to tackle; I view this as a privilege. This keeps the work impactful and exciting to me.
Tell us a bit about your role, what does a typical day look like?
I partner with the COO to translate company strategy into actionable programmes. My focus is on aligning teams, ensuring end-to-end supply readiness, optimising processes, and managing risk and budgets so we can accelerate toward later-stage development and commercial milestones. I’m fortunate to work with our talented teams across the full breadth of the business.
What keeps you productive?
My dedicated and determined colleagues, and the satisfaction that comes with moving projects forward keeps me energised.

Even our meeting room names are gut microbiome themed!
How have you developed your skills through your time here?
Humility and curiosity: actively listening, embracing change, embracing not having all the answers, and drawing on the diverse expertise around you is what helps develop a strategic mindset and ensures you lead with greater clarity & impact.

Dynamic.
What’s your favourite memory of your time at EBX?
It’s difficult to choose just one. Having been part of EnteroBiotix for more than five years, I have witnessed us repeatedly deliver what once seemed impossible. I am immensely proud to have been directly involved in turning ideas into operational reality at EnteroBiotix.
